simplicityThe first example is a furniture unit designed by Brazilian designer Roberta Rimme. At first, I thought this design was best described of its simplicity. But if I look close enough, this furniture set's simplicity is coming from the unity of the different furnitures. The TV set combine with the sofa, dvd cabin (front & side), and use the back for desk and laptop. The unity creates the simplicity in this design. It is contrasted with fragmentation, which you won't see any broken pieces in this design.
The second example is a wine pouring glass. It is simple and clean design. It is contrasted with complication, which you won't see in this wine pouring glass. The design makes you feel that there is no hassel and hectic and just simply: pour.
